@graemesimHave you ran the broadband test, this can be done via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If there is a an external problem, it should let you book an engineer.

@graemesim run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which should tell you if there is a known issue. Sky had a massive issue in the South of England, parts of Wales and the Midlands yesterday most of those are back up this morning but perhaps it has spread?

Broadband is down in Milltimber, Aberdeen. AB13. Seems there is problem in Aberdeenshire yet troubleshooting app says no local issues. ... come on Sky. , get it sorted
