Can anyone tell me:-

1. How do I stop receiving adverts via the ITV hub - I thought Glass was advert free for the first year.

2. Does anyone else experience intermittent loss of sound - have to switch the telly of and on again to regain sound.

3. Base boost reverts to OFF, every time its selected.

4. My Sky Q had a last channel function, cant find one on the Glass remote - voice commands don't seeem to work for this.

1. The free package for 12 months is advert forwarding, this allows you to fast forward through adverts on ITV Hub and All4 whilst all other catchup is advert free. You can subscribe to ITV Hub plus to completely remove adverts but costs £3.99 a month.

2. I've only seen loss of sound a couple of times in the 3 weeks I've had mine, changing channels and back to the one I was watching fixed it.

3. Bass Boost switching off is a known issue that a lot of people have reported and is hopefully going to be fixed in a future software update.

4. If you press home then go left it lists the last channels or inputs watched, or you could voice command the channel name.

Hi @Cromwell66

1) you cannot avoid the ads on ITV hub but it should be able to fast forward through them but I cant get that to work on the puck I am watching

2) not had that issue myself but I have seen similar reports in the forum. Hopefully its a bug thstvwill be fixed

3) Base boost is definitely dodgy at the moment and is a known issue

4) cannot find a last channel function myself

I have been reading the sky glass comments and quite annoyed with what I am reading. I had my 65 inch tv installed today, and looked forward to advert free programs to find that this is not the case. It is basically the same as sky Q

with fast forwarding.
Apart from that the pink colour looks lovely , more like a rose gold than pink.
