“ hello sky “ … switch it off but keeps coming back on?

Anyone having this issue with sky glass?

turned it off in settings, but keep finding that it switches it's self back on later on in the day or the following day if I'm lucky.

quite annoying as it seems to constantly think we are saying ' hello sky '

I had the same issue with the tv coming on during a conversation. I ended up turning the mic off and just using the remote voice control button if I wanted to speak to it.

I've maybe not been clear enough.
I'm doing that, I'm switching the mic off but it's switiching It's self back on again a few hours later.

wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if it's a fault with my tv

On mine there is a button on the right hand side of the glass tv near the bottom that glows faintly white when the mic is muted. You can mute the mic either through settings or the button. I've had no issues with it turning itself back on. I hope you manage to get it sorted.

Yeah. Tried that too. The tv seems to have a mind of its own.

it's the only issue I've got with it so far. It's just very annoying.
