If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

They are sending me another one out as Tryed every thing and won't work they said it must be a faulty box

It really is! I Tryed for two days and gave up I don't no when the new one will be delivered either it's just says ordered so I would call them and do the same ASAP if I was you good luck 🙂

My Sky Glass was delivered today, worked straight away, couple hours later and it's saying I don't have a Sky subscription? Any thoughts?

@Snowman79 standard first step is to power down the puck for 30 seconds which will the cause it yo reboot oncecconnected which normally sorts the issue. If it doesn't you need to speak to Sky who may need to check your account or talk you through a reset or in a few cases send out a replacement.
