Sky Glass ITV region incorrect

Our sky glass itv region is set to meridian which covers Kent, Sussex etc. It should be West as we are in Wiltshire.

I've called and asked for it to be changed but I've been told it's set at the factory and can't be changed remotely.

Has anyone else been told this?

Why would it be set to a region 200 miles away when they had my address when I ordered?

Surely there must be a way to change the region remotely?

@Smithysmith99 This has been raised numerous times in this forum. ITV have yet to roll out all regions on Glass.

It's in the hands of ITV I'm afraid.

Sky should have made it clear at the point of ordering that regional ITV is still being sorted out and may take several more months to be fixed for everyone.
