Sky Glass motion detector not working

Hi,

I've had sky Glass a week now & even though I leave the tv on standby & enter the room the tv does not sense anyone entering. I've moved around up & close, checked that the software is upto date but still no response. Anyone got any suggestions ?

Since the latest 004.08 update I have found it's not working properly again

Works ok for me, providing I walk right in front of the TV.

It does seem to have a fairly narrow angle of detection, and entering and walking around the room doesn't activate it, unless passing right in front of it.

Ours is temperamental, sometimes walking past an open door it’ll switch on and other times you have to wave your hand in front of the sensor to get a response. Can’t say if it’s better or worse since V4.

Mine has never worked had my glass since 12th November
