All4 content

Why is the content on the All4 app via sky glass different to the app via your mobile phone 😡,

I was trying to find grand designs S6 ep1 but through glass it's only allowing you to watch S5 ep4, but when you go on the app via your phone S6 ep1 it's there to watch🤔🤔

Yep same problem here. Sky All4 had none of the Come Dine With Me episodes from this week but the built in Sony app has them. I actually don't mind the whole playlist thing as long as the content is there, but it's annoying when it's not.

C4 have to send us a UVP file with a deeplink, which then is mapped to the content on the All4 app on Glass, if they don’t – that mapping doesn’t happen, that’s why there’s a difference between what you can see on a native All4 app on mobile or web, against their app on a Glass.

This is not Sky’s fault but rather what C4 send us or in this case are able to send due to the current issues at their end.

We appreciate how frustrating this can be to have episodes missing within their app but please be assured Channel 4/Red Bee Media are doing everything they can do resume services asap.

In short, its Channel 4's problem, but Sky aren't being anywhere near tenacious enough in ensuring Channel 4 provide the correct information, IMHO (and I'm not having this Red Bee Media nonsense as the mobile App doesn't suffer from this).

It's a bit poor of sky especially considering this is a brand new service you would have thought sky would be on the ball with this, I think they need to flex a little bit towards All4 ,💪

Channel 4 has a huge on demand collection. They regularly have problems linking latest TV episodes and sometimes miss episodes too.

Sky shouldn't allow their reputation to be sunk by poor 3rd party services. Unfortunately all rights for Sky to cloud record those channels (bbc ITV Channel4) have not been given/granted.

Probably due to them trying to push Britbox, yet we suffer.

For the life of me I cannot understand whey we still have this sort of nonsense with All4.

I really must chase Viewer Relations up about this as it's pretty pathetic., a second class service on Glass.
