No sign of my delivery

I was suppose to have delivery of my new Glass TV today, took the day of work etc. No sign of it. Have been in touch with Panther who say they have past my order to a third party delivery partner as they don't deliver to my area. Apparently it will now take 3 to 5 days for the delivery. Apparently someone should have been in touch with me about this and surprise, surprise they haven't been. I have had nothing. Very annoyed I picked today because work wasn't that busy. This is not good enough

@Cruachan29 I'm afraid you are not talking to Sky, we are all customers here and have no account access. I would call Sky to see if they have any updates on delivery if it doesn't show here https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Not sure if I'm reading too much into your user name, but there have been other posts about Panther struggling to deliver to some of the more scenic localities.
