What's going on with playlist today???

mine has filled with shows I've all ready watched or have watched and waiting for next eposode,my playlist today is showing all the shows only they have gone back to season 1 eposode 1 stuff I've added on sky witness TV guide is now showing on play now in Netflix

@Deedee36 are you looking at the playlist itself or the Play Now rail beside the Playlist button?. The Play Now rail does appear to use slightly weird logic but if you open the playlist you should see what you added..

@Deedee36 Iv just looked at my play now rail and you are right it's as if it's been reset. It's offering up all 1st episodes of programmes.

it's got me very confused and I don't know how to fix this one.

Can people start posting what software they are on currently ie. QS002, 003 or 004?

This thread need to be viewed by sky! But need to see some software versions included.

Same here. Random selection of episode 1 of previously watched shows on Play Now. And can't remove by FFWDing. On QS002 here

I think it may be across all previous software versions both my pucks are on Qs003 and glass tv is on Qs002 and it's happening on all 3. I sat last night for an hour fast forwarding all eposides and it cleared my playlist,got up this morning and they have all reappeared back to season 1 eposide 1, my ocd is at breaking level lol

@Deedee36 Sky are aware of the issue and it has been passed to the Glass team to look into the problem.

@Chrisee @Apart from the playlist issues have you noticed any improvement in the puck stability from the new update ie start up time freezing pic or random crashing??

@Deedee36 not had any freezes but the pestilential things are tending to losing wifi connection on start up. Still working through thst one - you can be assured myself @Jayboy1990 and other superusers are making our views known to our long suffering Sky contact. 🤬

I don't know what sky are doing behind the scenes but my playlist has just added another load off programmes I've all ready watched all eposides off to my play now rail back to season 1 episode 1 ie fbi,fbi most wanted,call the midwife,the equaliser,trigger point,the bay,midsomer murders,911, the list goes on and on.This needs sorted ASAP!!!!

@Deedee36 This is a tricky situation to gather reports on and create a meaningful credible report, as the more examples that can be compiled will demand a more meaningful update and response.

For instance i spoke to my Dad and my Sister they both have Glass and they both dont use playlist as i quote 'Its confusing', 'its rubbish', 'Whats the point' and 'I just dont get it' were the reponses plus some that i cannot share '**bleep**'.

So it may seem that not many poeple are reporting/experiencing this but reality is some are happy to ignore the issue, or just disregard the playlist as a wothwhile feature.

@Mark-Br It's getting more annoying by the hour for me @Jayboy1990 I've now had another 6 shows added to my playlist all back to season 1 eposide 1 and now I've lost all the blue line markers on any shows I was halfway through watching on both pucks and glass tv. Is any sky employees able to comment on this @Mark-Br

We havent been updated yet @Deedee36, an update will be shared as soon as one becomes available.

My playlist is fine but Play now is constantly ordering itself however it likes and makes no sense, including wiping all the details about where i am progress wise in a given series.

Please please please just put MY playlist rail, with the option to delete , on the home (first) screen with a separate play now rail, if you must, where skycan add any crap they want as I wouldn't need to look at it if I had my playlist rail.
