Having lots of problems with Sky Glass, whatever we are watching seems to get caught in a loop or jumps from one position in the film to another. It also goes totally black randomly, and we have to turn it off and on again, the listings show gaps, it has breakdowns and doesn't even show the red light but the TV is on, or even when it's off. Also when we are watching a film the voice control will say sorry I didnt catch that, and no one has spoken, its like its picking up voice control from the film or programme we are watching. I can only assume we are not alone in all these problems and we have a super fantastic broadband speed so its not that.

It's WiFi connected and that's the reason we took sky glass. We have full fibre optic to the property 900 Meg download and Wi-Fi throughout the house TV kit however the TV kit is about half a metre from the Wi-Fi box.
