Hi my Glass tv is due to be replaced tomorrow, other than factory resetting it, do I need to do anything with it?

does it need packaging? Do I remove the stand? Or just leave it where it is and let panther worry about that stuff?

Panther should do all the packaging (if any) and handling as they see fit. Might be wise for you to take some pictures of the set as it is now though, just to prove it was intact when it left you.
