    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3498468"&gt;@Grandpa+Mikey&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- there is no signal in the traditional sense as the channels on Glass are delivered via the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to advise how you glass is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet? Also who is your internet provider and download speed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am I right in thinking that interruptions to signal seem to happen at peak times - and is nothing to do with my broadband?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a non techy as you can probably work out!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wifi issues in your homeare the most likely cause. Where you are using mesh units they have to have a good backhaul to your router, if your unit has then an ethernet cable from the mesh unit to the Glass unit may help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another approach is to use powerline adapters which use the mains wiring to carry the signal these are not cheap but are pretty reliable assuming you have decent wiring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
