      <title>New Install Software Update fails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TV turned up today, 5 hours later and the software update is still not downloading so still have no TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resets galore by the way and I am pretty tech savvy so before I spend hours on a phone being told to do exactly what I have done a dozen times already has anyone else had this issue and if so any suggestions greatly received&lt;/P&gt;</description>
