ITVbe and playlist

even though my playlist says I've added series on itvbe - it's not 'recording ' the new episodes.
have been on itv hub and can't see anyway to add on here etc.

Any ideas ?

When you add them to playlist, if you go into view all under playlist can you see the added Series?

You will not be getting a recording for ITVbe content rather a link that takes you to ITV hub, so when you go to ITV hub can you see them listed as available to watch there?

Yes I can see added to playlist.
but the episodes aren't available to watch.

series is added

series shows that in playlist of this programme.
episodes are on daily but they aren't available to watch.
today I could watch live on itvbe. But the season and the epsiode wasn't available on playlist

have gone onto itvbe via the itv hub app and there is no way to add it via that

What series are you trying to watch?

I can see;

Series 2, episode 1 to 5 is available on ITV hub

Series 1, episode 1 to 3 is on Peacock

Series 11, episode 1 starts on Monday @ 5pm on ITVBe (not sure whether will hit the ITV HUB afterwards but it hasnt aired yet)

Yes the episodes show every day at about 5pm.
On my playlist having clicked on the programme it shows 'on this week' and shows me s9 ep17-18 then s10 ep 15 ,16,17,

then s11. Ep 1,2,3,4 shall be on.
but it doesn't 'record' the epsodes or have them earmarked to stream. They aren't listed I. My available

Yet at the time they can be seen on itvbe live.
I've taken some pics of my screen but not sure how to show them here

It seems after iv just done further digging that ITV have the rights to broadcast but not to stream ie. on ITV HUB and this is only on Hayu.

If you want to play them back at your leisure not when they air on ITVBe at 5pm daily.

Youll need a Hayu subscription! This can be done as a channel added to the Prime video app if you have Prime and is an extra £4.99 i believe.

This is what happens when US shows distribute the rights as two seperate entities one for broadcasting and one for streaming.

I have a similar issue with Below Deck, Peacock on Sky Glass has series 1 to 8 but not the currently airing season 9 so i have to pay Hayu for the subscription to stream these.

Only plus is that i can stream Hayu through Prime Video on Glass so no extra devices need connecting.

@Zena5 Yes it is a pain and the level of searching the net for the answer is painful.

Need somebody to make a database website, where it lists all programmes and who holds the rights.
