So I was searching the site to see what wireless headphones I could purchase for my mum who has a severe hearing impairment, due to which she needs the TV very loud.

This is not good living with 3 other adults, 2 working from home. So we thought wireless headphones would be ideal, we've used them previously.

I was so disappointed to see that it is not possible to connect wireless headphones to Sky Glass and it's very difficult to connect them to Sky Q

How could Sky produce a product in this day and age without considering the issues of those customers with disabilities in terms of the Equality Act 2010? I've read this is being 'looked into' but it should have been addressed as the technology was being developed.
