Hi i purchased quite a few movies and stand up via the skystore and they have disappered includung. the greatest showman,\John richard man any reason why?

If you ordered them between 28th March and about 16 July then Sky had withdrawn all the DVDs so you would have ordered the digital version only, your email confirmation would state this. If you ordered outside of those dates then check your order tracking page here:

Yes. If you cancelled your Sky TV account, you need to contact the Skystore team and ask them to change your account to a Skystore only account.
