      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've rented a movie from Sky via my Q box, I click to download and it just stays on 0% - purchase is confirmed, I've tried cancelling and restarting plus re-booting the main Sky Q box but still won't download. My old purchases download fine with no issue. Any advice or a number I can call as can't find any help on the sky community or from the sky help guide!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did start to view it but couldn't complete as it didn't finish uploading due to no fault of mine. I still require a refund if this problem of poor connection isn't resolved. You can look at my history and see I am and have been continuously having problems with this and I am paying a lot for a poor service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While it is to late now this is why with rental films it is always worth downloading the complete film first incase the download does get interrupted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
