Buy and keep DVD delivery failure

Hi. We ordered buy and keep films for the kids but the dvd's haven't arrived. It's been weeks. We have the download on the sky box but nothing delivered. Any ideas? Thank you.

@Abi17456 Sky are aware of a delay in getting some DVDs out. If you haven't been notified, I'd contact Sky Store directly: https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us

It could be as @Mark39 explains - or an alternative could be - it depends when you ordered them

Around the last week in March, Sky withdrew the sale of discs with buy and keep

Do you know when you made the orders?. If the earlier part of March - or before - then your order may well have included a DVD.

Very late March - or later then I think your buy and keep will have been download only
