Buy and Keep BluRay copies not received

Hi there - I puchased Rise of Skywalker Buy and Keep (Bluray) on 12 April 20 and Terminator: Dark Fate Buy and Keep (Bluray) on 29 April 20 and haven't seen any sign of the blurays. Has anyone else had delayed delivery of Buy and Keep discs?

Sky - can you confirm discs are being sent at the moment?

To the best of my knowledge- around the last week in March, Sky withdrew from sale all offers which included discs (dvd or Blu-ray)

Since that time the only offers I have seen are for HD download only

If you preordered a while ago at a time discs were included in the offer (it would have had 3 options on screen to choose from ) then you will get your disc as soon as Sky restart posting

Did you get an email acknowledging the order. What did it include ?
