How long are rented movies available on sky store

I rented a movie on the afternoon of the 10th May and watched it, I went back in on the 11th to watch it again and it is no longer there? I thought we had them for 48hrs before the download was removed?

Which movie did you rent and on which platform ? Sky Box or tablet ?

Virtually every movie I've seen on the box is 48 hours

If it was rented on your Sky Q box, have you had a look in recordings / manage/ deleted to see if it's gone in there

if so - undelete it and you should have a few hours left

Frozen 2 dowloaded onto my Sky+ box i have checked everywhere and it's not there

That's very odd @lucy111111

Was it the bonus edition or the non bonus edition ? I've been on a thread with another user who bought the bonus edition of Frozen 2 as a purchase - and it too has disappeared

My best suggestion is to get in touch asap with the Sky Store team and ask them to let you have a free extra rental

Thank you I tried and got cut off just as we went through security, not trying again i'll just not rent again. They did say some are only 24hrs... bit of a rip off really.

I've seen nothing to suggest Frozen 2 is anything other than 48 hours

If it helps - in the contact link I posted above there is an option to email the Sky Store team

I can understand you don't want to call but you could send the email if you choose to
