I ordered the DVD "1917" in april. I received a confirmation email from you but no DVD.

When should I expect to receive it?

If you ordered in April, I'm sure you can only have ordered the download only version, as the discs were not on sale since around March 28th right up to this week

Take a look at your email confirmation and see what was on the order

So you ordered early enough for the DVD 👏👏

It looks like Sky are recommencing posting out discs again, so if there is a dvd on your order form I would suggest contacting the Sky store team (live chat should be working) and ask for an update
