Buy and Keep hasn’t arrived

Hi all,

I ordered Frozen 2 as a buy and keep option in April and my wife has just informed me that the Blu-Ray never arrived. I placed the order through my TV but I have a feeling this may have gone to my old address (even though it says online that films ordered through the STB are delivered to the address of the account holder)

How can I find out where my Blu-Ray is? As obviously I paid for this and haven't received it.

If you ordered in April - what you ordered was download only

The offers available changed around March 27th

If you check your email I'm sure that's what it will say

April was a rough date, it was actually 27th March.

I'm delighted it was the 27th. You just got in, in time

So as it wasn't April - different answer from me

From what we have heard that was the last day

In this case, Sky did say there will be a delay in posting but confirmed you will definitely receive it

You can now contact Skystore (through live chat during the day ) so please contact them if you want an update - you will receive it though

Thanks for your post.

Like @mike+simmonds mentioned above, it looks like you got there just before they removed the DVD/Blu Ray options but you will still receive the Blu Ray (there have been delays due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation) and i would recommend contacting the Sky Store Team through their Live Chat for an update on this.
