@Anonymous It is not a VIP reward as it I have downloaded it for free on my box, and staff accounts are not able to join on to VIP.

@jmcdonagh12 Are you definitely looking at Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle which came out in 2017, and not Jumanji: The Next Level which came out last year?

@Anonymous My mistake I just looked it up and it is a VIP thing, turns out they just decided to include staff with this one as well! @jmcdonagh12 air you haven't already, download the "My Sky" app to your phone/tablet and sign up for VIP - it's completely free. Just note that if you sign up now it may take up to 4 days for the offer to become available, and it is free until 24th June.

Also I don't know if you've seen but as part of the same promotion we are giving away Deliveroo vouchers on VIP also, just have to enter through the app.

Hi we are vip customers and have been for a long time and still showing as 4.99 for us double checked it's the right one but still won't let us download it

I just downloaded it via the Q box, although some say they could download over the internet the instructions on the my sky app say use the Q box.

Also can the offer be seen on the My Sky app, I wonder if it might be a VIP level needed.

Lastly make sure you have selected the correct movie which is "Jumanji Welcome To The Jungle" not the later version of Jumanji.

We've looked on the box and it says £4.99 if I look in our MySky App it advertises that we can get it for free if we visit sky store on our sky box

@Philgill85 When did you sign up to VIP? If you've been on Sky VIP longer than 4 days then I don't know why it's not showing the offer unfortunately, sorry about that. It may be worth getting in touch with an advisor to see what can be done for you.

There are a few posts like yours where a seemingly eligible VIP customer is not seeing the offer on their box

If you are definitely looking at the correct Jumanji (the free one is Welcome to the Jungle) then the advice is to contact Skystore - by live chat if you can- and they will resolve it for you
