On sky vip are the free films for new customer's only? When iv gone on it trys to charge me

There are two possible new films, firstly you can claim a free one via the VIP section of the MySky app and secondly this week again via the VIP section of the MySky app you should be able to claim the film Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle for free.

Are you referring to the VIP Welcome Gift or the free Jumanji film?

Like @caesarome mentioned above, you can claim the welcome gift via the MySky app and the Jumanji film should show as free when you go to Sky Store on your box.

~~It says I should be able to claim Jumanji- welcome to the jungle free, since I have sky VIP, but when I go and look it still wants to charge me for it?! Been on VIP well over a year now.~~

We have seen over the last couple of days that some VIP customers who seemingly should be offered this movie for free, are not seeing the offer.

The solution offered was to contact Sky store, by live chat if you prefer to let them know and ask them to resolve the issue - this link should work ok
