I cannot watch Sky go outside my home as it says Error Code 4090 please check your internet connection, and yet sky go works on my ipad in my home but not in my office

Make sure your Sky account is linked to your Sky ID, to do this see if you can access this link to view your online Sky bills:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

You might then be asked to link it to your ID and you will need your Sky account number or your viewing card number.

Sorry this hasn't helped I can see the bill on my IPad but not Sky go when is outside if my House
