Sky VIP rewards for sky Q not working

I'm diamond customer trying avail of the SKY Q box reward in Ireland using the SKY App.. On Apple device just loads a blank page and my android device won't load any page. I can activate the rest of the rewards on offer except the sky q box reward. I have reinstalled the app but no joy . Any guidance welcome.

You need to call Sky. Explain to them that you want to take advantage of the Diamond VIP 'reward'. They will be able to offer you the same, if not better, deals over the phone.

Thanks for your response. I did ring them, they told me I can only redeem the offer via the app and they couldn't do it for me. I'll ring them again
