Can’t access sky go on ps5

I have sky go extra and have not been able to use the app on my ps5 for over a week. I get the message saying username and password don't match yet on my iPad I login ok with the same credentials. I only have two devices listed - the ps5 and my iPad

@caesarome, yes password has been changed and we've even removed the sky go app and re-installed it. I've checked my package and I definitely have the sky go extra. Like I say, it was working fine until just over a week ago and I have no problems with my iPad and iPhone. It's actually my daughters ps5, I'll get her to power down, power back up the ps and see if that works.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

All sorted now. She logged on earlier today and she’s in. Not sure what the issue was in the end. User error or system error? Who knows.
