topic Broadband Order status - engineer type in Archive

On the sky mobile app I am able to view the status of my broadband order (a switch from sky fibre to the cabinet, to full fibre to the premises).

the status refers to a "sky broadband engineer" visit. This is misleading as the call centre explained to me that no sky engineer will visit, but rather an open reach engineer to pull the fibre line. Sky will then activate remotely.

it would be helpful if the app could show the correct type of engineer. This will avoid confusion and surprises when an open reach engineers shows up and the customer was expecting a sky engineer.

Thanks,

Brent.

I agree. However, my engineer has been and gone and yet the app shows an open order.
