Can’t access my sky app

Good evening

I am an excisting sky customer, I recently have three mobile phones and now have the new sky Q box installed, I'm currently having trouble logging into the "My Sky App" keeps coming up my account isn't aurthorised but it was working fine a couple weeks ago.. just wondering if you could help me with this as I check my mobile bills on their and will now be checking my sky TV bill as well

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
