    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an excisting sky customer, I recently have three mobile phones and now have the new sky Q box installed, I'm currently having trouble logging into the "My Sky App" keeps coming up my account isn't aurthorised but it was working fine a couple weeks ago.. just wondering if you could help me with this as I check my mobile bills on their and will now be checking my sky TV bill as well&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lee Bailey&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
