Can’t use sky go on iPad

I'm getting my sky tv connected 25 Oct but was told I could use sky go now. I can't watch it on my iPad.

Have you setup a Sky ID to use to login into the app with, if so what happens ?

Yes, I set up I'd tried to log into sky go app and it said "oops, something went wrong, try again later"

And does it still do this if you delete the app, reboot your ipad, install the app and login to it again ?

Unfortunately, yes. I've done delete and reboot but no luck

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
