Cant log into Sky emails through sky account - The page you're looking for could not be found

I usually log into my sky emails in work using the browser.

Log into sky then select

Yahoo email from the drop down box on top right and my emails open up.

Tried this for the last few days and can sign into my sky account but when I select Yahoo emails from the drop down box I get the error

"The page you're looking for could not be found"

My emails are working fine on my phone.

Any help will be appreciated please.

Edit: Yes, getting the same error page here also.

@anita200965 Same. But if you log in via your browser's incognito/privacy mode and check your Sky bill (for example) then select Yahoo Mail in the normal way, it worked for me. No idea why...

I have had no direct access for a couple of months but did find the incognito route which was annoying but worked. Today that didn't work either. I've just tried your idea of accessing something else on the sky site from the incognito window and have now got access.

Same for me too but as quoted above, if you access via incognito mode then it works straight away. Very bizarre.

Firstly try logging in via this link: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

If you still get the same error, try clearing cache and cookies in you browser, or use another browser

Edit: Sorry, late to the party as usual, I hadn't noticed the previous replies..

Incognito is a mode of your browser. (some browsers call it private mode)

What problem are you having?
