@NickyJA You're not talking to Sky we are all customers here. Why can't you access you email account? What error messages are you getting? You do need to provide a bit more info if you want the forum to help.

Hi there,

Sadly I left my phone at home, I'm now on holiday and need to access my sky.com email. I have access to an old phone and internet but cannot a cess my sky.com email.

If I try and access via yahoo it asks for a pin and I cannot remember having a pin, I have tried all my usual pin numbers to no avail.

Is thereit an easier way to direct my sky.com email account?

When I click on the yahoo option it wants a pin number, I cannot renember it, I've tried various likely pin numbers.

When clicking on google option my gmail account is listed not my sky.com.

Its my sky account I need to access x

Not sure what y9u mean by the Yahoo option and the Google option. If you log in via the,link posted by @caesarome you're simply asked for your normal Sky username and password.

Have you thought of telephoning Sky and dealing with your problem that way?
