I send my emails to Outlook 2019, and don't really use sky emails directly. Recently, we weren't getting expected emails, and when I checked up, Sky Yahoo had suddenly started putting some of my emails (familiar, regular clients) into the spam folder. I do not use this folder and have no filters in it. What is going on,? How do I stop the spam folder from working completely? I check for spam in Outlook. I do not want Sky Yahoo doing it.

Is your Sky email account in Outlook set up as a POP account, if so via Sky webmail keep marking these emails as not spam and/or move them iut of the spam folder to either the inbox or another created folder so that the system learns they are not spam emails.

Also via Sky webmail make sure that no filters or redirects have been set up as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/emails-automatically-being-sent-to-trash
