    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for replys .&amp;nbsp; yes you where right (VPN)&amp;nbsp; when i check it ,it had reset itself to a forign&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;site. i ididnt' know it could do that. will have to look into that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CANT' SIGN IN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;every time i go to sign in to my emails it says' we dont reconise your&amp;nbsp; password/email .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then it directs me to a verification box .i have to put in the letters/numbers i see on screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it very rarely reconises the first 2/3 even if they are correct. then it accepts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i go to my emails sign in and all is ok. this happens every time it as been going on all week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this via your browser? Or are you using an email app/client? What exactly does the error message say?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do get the Captcha from time to time, which I agree is a pain. I think it's related to your public. IP&amp;nbsp; address. It's persistent if you use a VPN for example. You can usually change your IP address by turning off your router at the plug for 30 minutes or so ( sometimes less).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
