Missing E-mails

I am receiving e-mails from some sources and not others. Several people/companies have said they have sent me e-mails but they are not coming through. This also happened when I asked for password resets via e-mail myself. They are not in the spam folder so where are they?

You say you have checked your spam folder but without knowing how you access your emails is this the spam folder online here that you have checked:

That is correct, that is where you go after being authenticated via Sky.

So are they in the spam folder there?

The email address your password requests go to will not be your Sky email but the address you registered on joining.

And are your password reset emails going to your recovery email address?
