topic error 400 in Archive

I can log into Sky, and using the drop down menu I click on mail and imeddiatedly I get " This page is not working http ERROR 400" contact the page owner. I am paying for this service, and now having to increase my data plan on phone so i can view my emails. Come on Sky its the 21st Century

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work see if using a different browser works for you.

Thanks @caesarome oracle, I changed my password and deleted cache, reopened browser and managed to access my emails

Glad it is working for you @wantajob but should it happen again just clear your cache as you don't need to change your password as that plays no part in this.

how do you clear the browser and cache please?

I have the same problem, which started a few dats ago - have Sky/Yahoo done something - quite a few other people are having same problem?

Is your browser Google Chrome @Rob+in+Cov if so this is what you do:

At the top-right, click the 3 dots then More tools .

Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.

Click Clear data.

Close down Chrome and try again.

I've got google, not chrome though. To get to my emails, I access internet by going into microsoft edge, clicking on Sky, then logging in on that.

Go to your browser settings, where you'll find the option to delete your history, cookies etc. possibly under a privacy heading.

Edited to add: in Edge, click on the three dots at the top of the page, then go to settings. The 'clear cache' option is indeed under 'privacy, search and services'.
