Yahoo mail

I keep getting this error message when logging into sky email on chromebook and android.

HTTP ERROR 400 when I try to open Yahoo mail, after logging on to my SKY account, or going directly to the Yahoo website

Have cleared history and it works ok. Been like this for a couple of days, never used to happen.

getting annoying as there seems to be no solution.

On both devices try clearing your cookies as well.

Have tried that as well, with no success. Both on chromebook and android phone. Clear stuff and it still keeps coming back with same error, after logging in again.

Odd as usual clearing the cache and cookies and reloading the browsers works so did close down the browsers before reloading them ?

Keep getting this error message when logging into my sky yahoo mail. Will somebody from Sky, please help to sort out. Have cleared history and cache, works and then get message again when logging back in again.

Must be some sort of cookie problem. Until it's fixed (no idea how) use your browser's incognito/privacy mode. Or try a different browser.

Clearing the browsers cache and cookies and then closing down the device and restarting it should work for you as that is the usual fix. If it isn't install another browser and use that instead until you can get this working again.

Went incognito mode within chrome browser, seems to work okay with this.

Must be cookie problem. Just annoying, as it never happened before. Only happens within sky yahoo mail. Bit annoying clearing history, cache, etc just to read my emails. Any other options to try, would be appreciated

Mine works on mobile but not laptop,5 days now,was going to contact sky but life is too short.

Chrome does seem to be more affected by these problems, perhaps use a different browser.

Used Opera browser, worked for a while, then didn't work. I just went back to chrome browser, went incognito, this works for getting into my Sky Yahoo emails. Just frustrating, as there seems to be no solution. Must be some sort of cookie setting, but I do not no enough about how cookies work. Was fine until about 5 days agao. Same on chromebook and android phone.

There's no setting options available for cookies. What you can do is delete them daily after closing down any Sky.com pages you've opened. There are utilities available which will clear cookies for you automatically.

It works in Incognito mode because it makes no use of cookies.

Most browsers will have a setting to clear cookies on exit.

Still having problems when logging into Sky Yahoo Mail with chrome browser. Sky please sort out as it is getting frustrating clearing history, cookies, etc just to be able to read emails. I check emails everyday and need this service. Can even contact Sky through chat service. !!!!!!. Works fine for all other web sites, only Sky has this problem

If you're finding it a real nuisance, I'd suggest using a different browser until it's fixed (if ever it is).

The "problem" is with Yahoo rather than Sky, but as @Mark39 says just use another browser. I use Firefox and have never had this occur.

As most of the other browsers (including Edge) are now based on chromium they may also be affected like Chrome itself.

For checking my SKy Yahoo emails will just use Chrome and go incognito, until sorted out.
