      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi, first of all, i don't have sky q has it cannot be installed where i live in a block of apts, i have a sky plus box, and i want to be able to watch sky tv in my spare bedroom via my ps5, i am a gold vip member and on the mysky app i activated my free skygo extra, i have actually activated it three times since yesterday but i am still unable to watch sky tv via the sky app, it says that i need to purchase skygo extra etc etc,&amp;nbsp; all i can watch via the sky app on my ps5 is the sky news.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my problem has not been solved, and my blue bubble has gone even though yesterday i told the sky chat advisor that i would continue to chat today, i still cannot view sky tv from my sky app on my ps5 except for sky news, when i try and watch a channel it says i need to purchase the sky go extra even though its been activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
