topic Error code PFE 4002 in Archive

So i tried logging in to Sky Go today on my desktop and received this error code i've never seen before, PFE 4002. I'm getting the same error on my laptop, my parents desktop has no problems and neither does my android phone. I've googled for solutions, checked every thread related to this error code and tried literally everything i could find and nothing works, any other ideas or will I have to phone Sky support?

I read through that thread earlier and went through everything, but no luck unfortunately. (Except reinstalling windows which I really hope I don't have to do).

Odd, never had then even on Windows 11 (Preview), only thing to suggest is to uninstall the app, and remove the the hidden fiolders for Sky Go too. then try a reinstall.
