Sky Go not connecting to Sky Q box

Hi I'm looking for some assistance with this one... I use Sky Go on my Android phones, I haven't used the app for a while, today I opened the Sky Go app and I was unable to connect the app to my Q box on both phones. I have tried some troubleshooting steps already, which are to check whether the watch via Sky Go is enabled on the Q box which it is. I have a multiscreen subscription. The Q box has recently installed an update Q170.000.23.00L I've unplugged the box and phones and even uninstalling both Sky Go apps from the phones and reinstalling, still the issue remains. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply @christi-sj I have already contacted Sky to work out what was going on. It turns out it was a connection issue between the Sky Q box and my broadband.
