I have problem running Skygo and get a different fault code every time I try. I uninstalled SkyGo app and Cisco Videoguard Player as instructed. I reinstalled Skygo app but cannot install Videoguard. When I go to the Cisco website and click on Download I get transferred to another page that does not even refer to Videoguard. So how can I download Videoguard?

When installing the PC or Mac version of Sky Go you just need to install the app as cisco is no longer needed and even if it was it would be installed automatically.

This is where you are going wrong as you don't enter the address you find the files by clicking on them. So when you have found the Roaming folder double click on it quickly and then delete the Sky and Sky Go folders that should be in there somewhere. And do the same with the LocalLow, and delete the Cisco one if it is there. Then empty your recycle bin, reboot and install the app again.

Thanks all. As far as I know I have removed all SkyGo entries with Revo. It's amazing what Windows 10 uninstaller leaves behind. I reinstalled SkyGo and Got PFE9001 which is where I came in. I think that there is something else at play and have seen a reference to Java Script Error causing a problem but haven't seen any error message.

In the absence of anything else will try the Java avenue.
