Sky VIP not working with mobile account

I've recently cancelled sky tv & broadband, but am still a sky mobile customer. However my sky VIP has stopped working and it now says I'm not eligible for rewards. Is this correct? I thought all sky customers could get VIP.

Thanks, I found this page before but it didn't help so I contacted Sky as it suggests at the end of the page, and their 'help' was simply to direct me back to the same page 🤦‍♀️

@Pickledboots Did you select the Get in Touch Option - SDtill need a hand? There is a telephone number presented there. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-vip-contact-us#get-in-touch

Click on the Call Us button, the number to call will show, or if you have Sky Mobile call 150.
