I'm not receiving any Sky Forum email Notifications

I mostly lurk on the Sky Q/Sky Broadband forums, where I occasionally contribute.

Suddenly, as in the last couple of days, I've stopped receiving all email notifications to the threads I contribute/subscribe to, although my subscription settings are correct and haven't changed.

This has happened to me before and I found that changing my preferred email address from my @me.com to my @Anonymous.com address magically restored the delivery of emails. This 'fix' no longer seems to work.

With absolutely no changes at my end I've not received any forum emails (and doubtfully will to this thread, so will check back manually). They fail to arrive on my iMac/iPad/iPhone.

As regards troubleshooting, I've unsubscribed from all threads and deleted the list of threads I've ever subscribed to. I've then re-subscribed to the currently live threads that interest me. I've also 'refreshed' all the settings and options in my Sky profile, which are pretty much set to the defaults. No emails are being sent to Junk/Spam and I'm otherwise receiving other emails as expected.

I'm at a loss as to what's causing the problem. Could it be an issue at Sky's end. TIA for any assistance.

Edit: Immediately after posting this I received an email from Sky awarding me a badge for making 10 discussions, so Sky can actually email me... just not subscriptions it would seem 🤔

And out of the blue email Notifications have started arriving! I've done nothing further to try and fix things, so I guess it must have been a Sky issue.

It could have been an issue with the forums software provider Khoros as there have been issues like this with delayed notification emails in the past.

@caesarome I think you may be right. When I was with BT Broadband their forums were also driven by Khoros software and I had to change to a gmail email address to reliably receive Notifications. However, with Sky I've only had problems a couple of times in 5 years of being on the forums here.
