Wrong ITV region on SkyGo and Sky Freesat

We have a normal Sky package at home and everything works well except one thing. When using SkyGo on the computer we get the wrong ITV region - we are in Yorkshire but get ITV Granada (the home set up correctly receives Yorkshire ITV through the Sky box).

We also have a Sky Freesat card using a standard Sky box in our motorhome and have the same issue in that we get Yorkshire BBC but Granada ITV.

Both the above seem to have happened over the past couple of months.

I've phoned Sky about this several times but get nowhere.

Any help and guidance on why this has happened and how to correct it would be gratefully received.

Alrthough it is Sky Go try installing the Sky+ app on a mobile device, login to it and go to settings > change region and make sure the correct one is selected here, if not try changing it as it should also change via Sky Go.

@Yorks+Traveller If your referring to the SD version these were closed some months ago by ITV, not Sky, and you now get the nearest SD region which in your case would be Granada. https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/What-s-On/ITV-SD-channels-being-removed-on-13-April-2021/m-p/3645416#M115709

This would affect the Freesat from Sky SD channels.

Can't speak for Sky Go, however assuming you have the HD pack in your full Sky subs at home then you will get the correct region in HD.
