My sky vip app not letting me access rewards as a diamond member I expect a better service 20plus years.

As you haven't said what is happening then all that can be suggested is to delete the app, reboot your device and install the app again. Whatever is happening here, your level has nothing to do with it.

I am unable to access sky rewards.the app will not open my rewards. Obviously the first thing I did was to reboot the app, that's not the answer,accessing the app would be my requirement.

Ipad,Samsung mobile phone will not work deleted and downloaded no good.
