WORKSPACE WEBMAIL FROM SECURE SERVER DOES NOT CONNECT

I HAVE FIVE WEBMAIL ADDRESSES ONLY TWO NOW CONNECT WITH SECURE SERVER.

EMAIL17 IS WORKING

EMAIL 13 IS WORKING

EMAIL 12 AND 09 ARE NOT WORKING

WORKSPACE CONTROL PANEL FREEZES AND WILL NOT DOWNLOAD THE EMAILS

PLEASE HELP !

@STEEVYJIM Sorry but please don't SHOUT!

No one on the forum knows what these email numbers mean we have no access to your account or system.

Who provides your email accounts, if it's a 3rd party you need to contact them as Sky would have no control over their servers.

I have encouraged Stephen to post about the difficulty he has with accessing the SecureServer.net webmail service...

@STEEVYJIM tells me that he began to have problems accessing webmail starting last Friday...

A similar problem arose about 18 mths ago with one of these accounts...

He does not have a problem accessing the accounts with the Thunderbird email client...

Webmail is the opportunity to access the emails on the server through a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and is often the preferred method...

There are about 24 subdomains on SecureServer.net which provide access for webmail...

Thus... one of his email accounts uses https://email24.secureserver.net/webmail.php and this is the one which stopped working 18 months ago...

Starting last Friday, the email accounts on the subdomains email09, email13, email12 and email17 have all stopped working through his SKY broadband service in Winchester...

For the avoidance of doubt, my ISP is not SKY and I have never had a problem connecting to any of the SecureServer.net subdomains...

I have suggested to Stephen that he could setup a test email address and ask fellow SKY subscribers whether they are able to connect to webmail from different locations around the country in an attempt to identify some evidence with which to make a diagnosis...

Short of visiting him at his address, I am at a loss as to any other way to assist him with this problem which appears to be caused by his Internet connection...
