Broadband issues

My Internet has been cut off due to the bill needing to be paid, I have paid the bill and still have no internet, green light still on the Wi-Fi box. I have reset it but It stilll don't work. Any help will be much appreciated as I'm stressed right out as me and parter don't have internet on our phones

@Archies+mummy Did you also setup a new direct debit? If not you need to do this.

@Archies+mummy If you’re 2 or more weeks in arrears you will also have to pay the next bill, as this will have been generated by now.

There is usually a period of wait time between paying the bill and services being restored
