&lt;P&gt;You need the Hub for internet access: the Q television boxes use the Hub (or a non-Sky router) for online functionality, and cannot provide this themselves&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They sent a message saying there was an issue with open reach and they'd update me when they knew what was happening yesterday but still nothing. Engineer came today to set up tv and that was fine but still no internet and no idea as to when it could arrive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
