Why can’t i as an existing customer as advertised get the Black Friday broadband superfast £25 deal. I am paying £30 for superfast and would like to reduce my monthly bill please

Probably best to give Sky a call and speak to them directly. Dial 150 from your landline.

I can do it wouldn't let me upgrade on my mysky app. I don't have a landline 🤔

I would imagine the deal is for new or out of contract customers. If you are still in a minimum term contract I doubt Sky will do the deal.

I want to know this to , my contract is up in feb if i click on black friday deal it takes me to my broadband options and I get a renew now option agaist the product I have if I click it I can sign up for £35 a month which is more than I pay now and £10 more than the blackfriday deal!

@silver+stream Sky's online upgrade pages are a disgrace calling Sky should enable you to access the offer which clearly states its for both new and existing customers but does start a new 18 month fixed term.

You will need to call Sky for that deal, plus also you can now get boost for £3, instead of £5.

I last week had to renew my Sky TV contracts that expired next month and I also recontracted my broadband deal for another 18 months even though my contract had eight months still to run and got a good deal discount on it along with the Black friday deal.
