Has your broadband gone up in price recently ?

Contact sky on 150 from you landline to renegotiate the contract. At the end of the day the fee is only to cover sky if the fault is internal but contact sky first re contract

For the last few days my broadband has been down, gone through all the help options via the webpage and it's telling me that my hub has a technical fault and that I need to book an engineer for it... however it's saying my contract has expired so I have to renew or pay to get someone to come out! My contract hasn't expired and the monthly payment has been taken. No way of contacting sky, does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone. ??
Thanks in advance
